CENTURY 21

We decided to use Sal Pisasale, an agent at the Century 21 Alliance - Havertown office when we began looking for homes. He was a recommendation from our friends who used him when buying their first home. As first time home buyers, we did not know exactly what we wanted in a home or what we could buy for the amount of money we were willing to spend. Sal proved to be very patient in explaining various housing styles, showing is multiple example homes for each style. He showed us well over 200 homes over the course of six months. During this time, he never once complained about spending his weekends showing us homes and he never pressured to buy. He knew that, as first time home buyers, we needed to see homes in order to decide on the type of house and features we wanted. He also has a very good understanding of the work and cost that will be required for projects or repairs that a home needed. Sal proved extremely helpful in explaining each step in the home purchasing process, from our initial offer to the home inspection and to closing. As first time home buyers, this was exactly what we needed during this experience. Throughout the entire process, he was helpful and honest. I will highly recommend him to other first time buyers and I will use him for our future real estate needs.
