+ 0 moreTHE WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED ONE ROOM AT A TIME. THE PAINTERS HELPED US MOVE FROM ROOM TO ROOM. DUST AND INTERFERENCE WAS KEPT TO A MINIMUM. PAINTERS THAT SMOKED DID SO OUTSIDE. BY THE TIME THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, MY WIFE WAS PROVIDING AFTERNOON COFFEE AND SNACKS.
Description of Work: EXTERIOR- POWER WASHED BRICK WALLS & VINYL SIDING. PAINTED FRONT PORCH POSTS, PAINTED EXTERIOR DOORS INCLUDING GARAGE DOORS; INTERIOR- BASEMENT CLEANED AND PATCHED BASEMENT WALLS, PAINTED WITH WATERPROOF PAINT. GROUND & 2ND FLOORS-PATCHED AND PAINTED WITH TWO COATS, WALLS AND CEILINGS, KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, 5 BEDROOMS, 3 1/2 BATHS, NEW VINYL FLOOR IN PANTRY AND ONE BATHROOM.
