All jobs should go this well. Pete worked with me on the price. He was friendly professional and did a fantastic job.

Peter came out and estimated job and made suggestions.   When he was to come out either to estimate or to install railings he got delayed and was very conscientious about communicating with me and asking if I wanted to reschedule.  The final job was done to my complete satisfaction and his work was done quickly and accurately.

I initially sent an email to Angelo's to find out if they would support creating a handrail, I wasn't sure if the job was too small. Pete and I spoke on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the upcoming Saturday @ 9 am. He showed up promptly at 9, looked at the area where we wanted to new handrail and looked at our old handrail because we liked some of the features. Pete was extremely professional when he met with us and we had a good conversation. Pete provided me with a price and an ETA for completion. The handrail was actually finished and installed earlier than we had agreed to.The handrail looks great and we are extremely happy with the whole transaction. We would definitely use Angelo's in the future.

Finished Product is great. Price was great. Some delays in the installation and Pete could have been a little better with communication throughout the project, but overall, we're pleased.

He did not try to upsell, listened to what I wanted, made creative suggestions, and executed quality work in a timely manner. Provided custom railing that allow for removal when furniture is delivered without losing strength.
