Everything is wonderful with them. Its good. Quality is excellent. They treat you like an queen.

It was as good as it gets with buying a car. Its never fun. It didn't take to long because we knew what we wanted. When we finally got up the energy to do it we were able to negotiate what we thought was a good price rather quickly.

They are very good and very customer friendly.

From a service point, those people are really nice. I go there at least once sometimes twice a year for regular service. It always turns up well because they care about customer satisfaction. You will always be well taken care of. They are a wonderful dealership.

We have contacted Lexus Main Customer Service, Lexus Financial Services and the Wilkie Lexus dealership directly. Lexus Main Customer Service keeps deferring us to the Wilkie Lexus Dealership. Wilkie Lexus has not resolved the matter and has not followed up nor followed through.
It has been FOUR MONTHS since we paid in full and in good faith for a Vehicle Service Agreement that Wilkie Lexus has not delivered. Wilkie Lexus has failed to provide the agreement we paid for.
For anyone looking to buy a Lexus, please choose another dealership to buy from. Wilkie Lexus has proven itself unworthy of the reputation that Lexus represents.
We have been unable to have our car serviced locally due to the status of the Vehicle Service Agreement. We want what we paid for.

Everyone I dealt with was good. It statred with the Costco buying service. When I went in, I knew the price I was willing to pay and was able to strike a deal. Duy Tran was the saleman I worked with. Overall, a good experience on both the sales and service. I would work with them again.

Had an accident and was referred by my Insurance Company to this provider. The work was done efficiently and promptly. he manager was very understanding and cooperated with arranging a rental while the work was done. They contacted the insurance company and took care of all the necessary paper work. In all, a very satisfying experience.

arrived promptly at 10am which was my appt. time. As usual, fast service as I was out in about 90 minutes. The waiting area is very plush, all types of juices, danishes, crackers, coffees, teas that one could wish for all free of charge. A 'counselor' discusses with you any recommended services and answers any questions you have. In addition, they automatically wash your car (if requested) and clean the inside. The service is top notch buy definately pricey. All fluids are topped off and you get a free loaner car if you are getting the required maintenance or if you have a repair that will exceed a certain number of hours but you do have to schedule for it. Highly recommended.

It is generally an excellent company. I bought a car and after 1500 miles the change oil notice came up and it should not have until 5000 miles. I called them and inquire as to why that happened. They have 122 points in inspection and I was told and they will change any part that is more than 50% worn or old. Certainly the oil in the car had not been changed so I notified them of that. They are looking into it and I expect they will remedy to that. They have an excellent product. So far, they are very good to deal with. I did not expect this problem to happen and I have yet to learn how they will handle it since it's only two days old.

We went to several dealerships and even walked out of one who gave us a quote and
then after driving there which took about 40", the price had changed.
We then went to Wilkie and there was no other place to buy a Lexus!

This is THE only place to buy a Lexis. Sharif was outstanding. No other auto sales have come
close to the service and professionalism as Wilkie!

I've been using them since 2004. I will continue to use them.

Their service is usually great. The person who took my order this last time didn't get my order right. I have used them for 20 years. They give me a loaner car while they are working on mine.

The price was good on the purchase. Their service is very good and professional. I take my car to them for service all the time, and would buy another car from them in the future!
