Working with Susan Gradwohl to purchase a home and to sell my existing home has been the WORST experience i've ever had with a realtor. Dealings with her were rude, incompetent, full of mistakes and the closing documents were repeatedly incorrect. I do NOT recommend Susan Gradwohl to anyone.
