I originally had Matt come out to my house to look at what I thought was a stucco related leak around my basement window, but he pinpointed a caulking issue which saved me a lot of money. A few months later I noticed a leak on my detached flat roof garage and contacted Matt. He is extremely trustworthy, meticulous, and knowledgeable. His price also came in the lowest compared to two other quotes.

We hired mariani restoration company to restore our chimney, which was in complete disarray and leaking during rain. We were on a tight timeline due to the impending winter. Matt gave us a very reasonable price and did a phenomenal job. Our chimney looks brand new. He worked in the cold, on Christmas Eve to complete the job before the temperatures dropped too much and the snow came. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done and have since hired mariani restoration to complete other jobs for us!

Matt was a true professional with my stucco job that I needed done on my home. Matt took the time to provide updates and pictures daily, and allow myself and my wife to understand the decisions we were making. Mariani Restoration did an excellent job handling repair and replacement of sections of rotten wood siding and window trim on our 85 year-old house. Matt Mariani has been a pleasure to work with. He kept us constantly up-to-date on his progress with photos and explanations of adjustments he made to ensure longer life for the wood that had been replaced. Matt was very particular about finding wood that would be of similar longevity to the original wood on the house. The window trim had a decorative profile that he replecated perfectly. Matt did extensive sanding and applied several coats of primer before applying the finish coats of paint. In short, Matt is very passionate about old houses and historic techniques and we would recommend to anyone needing exterior renovation work, particularly if you have an older home.
