Liz was very knowledgeable about the specific neighborhoods we were interested in purchasing a home and that was a great advantage because the main line is a very specific area. She was always very accommodating and gave her honest opinion of a house regardless of trying to make a sale. she genuinely cared about the home that we purchased especally since it was going to be our first purchase. She also recommended a mortgage broker and insurance agent that all worked under the Prudential Rox & Roach umbrella and it made the entire process extremely pleasant and easy. Even after our sale was complete and we had moved into our house she still was available to make multiple recommendations for local people to help with projects we were doing. She recommended electricians, flooring experts, wallpaper hangers and chimney cleaners. Every person that she recommended to us did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the results. Liz is a great realtor but also just a great resource, I know that our experience was as pleasant and easy as it was mostly because of her expertise and how much she cared to go above and beyond. We found Liz Fondren on Angie?s list due to our
disappointments with a previous real estate agent after almost one year of
looking for a home. As newlyweds looking for our first home, Liz led us through
the home search process seamlessly. Liz is timely in her communications,
attentive and intuitive to what we wanted in a home. She was able to think
?outside the box? by bringing us different options on our home search that we

We found Liz Fondran and Prudential Realty on Angie's List when we knew we'd be moving to the Philadelphia area. Liz called me back right away, spent a lot of time getting to know me over the phone and then spent countless weekends taking us out to look at properties until we found one we liked. She walked us through each step of the home-buying process as we were first-time home buyers.  She even made herself available several Saturdays for us to meet with contractors to plan to update the house prior to our closing.
Liz obviously put our interests above anything else as she showed us properties in the area. As we were new to the area she also helped educate us about the Philadelphia suburbs. We would find properties online and send them to her and she would have already reviewed them and deemed them not to meet our wish list for one reason or another, saving us lots of time. She has so much experience we trusted her completely and ended up with a beautiful home where we are very happy. Liz Fondren was our agent. It went excellent. Liz was very proactive, responsive and honest, hardworking, punctual, knowledgable from beginning of the process until the end.
