Fred is terrific. He is excellent. He comes in and helps to stage the house. He is a very efficient and personable person. He works for me rather than against me. He is not someone who is going to steer me on. He was very honest about what was going to happen when we sold my mother's house. We had it up for one price and he said that we would not get what he had it for and gave us another price. We got exactly what he said we were going to. He has a good eye and he really knows his business. He does his homework and really works hard for his clients. He is paid on commission.
