Mario is always polite and professional BUT. after getting the deposit. He stopped communicating even after I begged them to return to adjust the tarp on the roof He ignored me and I sustained damage to the ceiling in my bedroom. Then after the installation his crew left lots of Debrise up in the attic. Also the failed to properly reinstall the chimney stack. Finally there are two other homes on my street that the stack is dripping water He refuses to return to make repairs. Thus his warranty is worthless to us. We must now go find another contractor to fix his mistakes

He was punctual and accommodating. Did a beautiful job replacing roof on our gazebo. Cleaned up everything, The price was reasonable. Can t say enough good things about Mario Torres and his crew. Would highly recommend.

Mario and his crew were very thorough and professional. They actually found and repaired two leaks and reattached a loose gutter. I'd hire them again.

After developing 2 water leaks in my house I requested a roofer on an emergency basis via HomeAdvisor. Mario Torres from Torres Contracting called me right away and in about an hour was at my house. Mario was very friendly and helpful. He immediately showed me what the problems were and remedied several problems right away, eventually replacing my roof which was in very bad condition. Mario's service was absolutely excellent. He was extremely professional and very nice. He repaired and replaced some missing shingles from my roof. He was very thorough explaining the repair work and kindly gave me all of his information.

Mr. Torres came out the same day we put out our inquiry and let me know that he really wanted the job. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, explained everything to me and gave me his quote that night by email. It took a day for his competition to reach out to me and 2 days before they called to try and schedule for a quote. They were very timely and did a great job!

We had a small leak due to a broken vent seal on the roof. Mr. Torres fixed it and tacked down loose nails on the remainder of the roof. He was professional and competitively priced. Would definitely use them again!

We purchased a home in Perkasie, Pa. and as always there are inspection issues. We needed to have some missing shingles replaced along with the roof vent boots. Mario called me at 9 AM in the morning and offered to stop by the home that same afternoon. He arrived promptly at 2 PM and introduced himself in a professional manner. We showed him the pictures from the inspection report and he then went for his ladder to inspect the roof. Long story short, Mario did a wonderful job blending the new shingles into the existing ones and the 2 vent boots look just like new. All this being said, we truly got more than our money's worth.
