Not well overall. Furniture is great. Staff were great in helping select furniture and fabrics. Responsiveness by staff was terrible resulting in the unprofessional rating. Multiple phone calls and messages with no response unless we were able to reach sales staff when not with other customers. Once left a message with the store owner who also did not call back. Delivery was yet another hassle as the delivery company selected was a commercial company and did not have small enough trucks to drive up mountain roads. Days later Sequoia was able to have the furniture delivered by another company. Very happy with the furniture and selection we made and assistance in that process. Very displeased with the lack of follow up any sales staff over the three months it took to get the furniture.
