I sent them a picture of the chair, so they could see the rough size of the chair, and how much material would be required. I went to their office to select the material. That ended up taking a long time, both because I had a certain idea of what I wanted, and because their selection of fabric is so large.
They came to my house to pick up the chair, and told me that it would take about three weeks to complete the reupholstering. It ended up taking less time then they said that it would.
When they returned the chair, the results were excellent. They also spruced up the wooden legs and frame underneath the seat and sides.

Ann and her husband Hank were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and professional, as well as patient when I asked a multitude of questions. Ann reupholstered an old sofa with a burgundy pleather. Everyone assumes the couch was super expensive. The quality of work and the materials Ann used were superb. Also, Ann helped me get another couch cushion after someone spilled a drink and I was unable to get the reside out of the down. I would definitely recommend Renaissance and will use them in the future!

This is a family business that is run out of a home. The owners are pleasant and helpful. We thought the work done was excellent, better than new. We would recommend this company unreservedly.

She did an excellent job. I think I spent about $1500. I would rate her highly and would continue to use her in the future.
