This is the first review I have ever written and itâ s taken some time to get to it, but I feel compelled to write about the great customer service we received from Northeast Roofing and Gutters. Northeast Roofing and Gutters installed our new roof and skylights in early December 2020. The customer service I received from Rob and Elvis was outstanding. Rob returned my initial call within 12 hours. He was out to our home the same week and we had the installation proposal within 6 days of first calling. No heavy sales pitches or pressure. Actually, he talked me out of a couple things by clearly explaining the pros and cons. Elvis was the job manager and as he promised his crew was at the house at daybreak on the day the job was scheduled to start. The job sight was kept neat during the 2+ days it took to complete and once the job was finished everything was cleaned up and returned as before. The roof looks great and I love the extra attention to details such as painting the vent pipes to match the roofing! 3 months later I still look at the roofing and the vent pipes every time I pull into the driveway because it looks so nice. If you need roofing I highly recommend Northeast Roofing and Gutters. 5 star service start to finish.

They were professional, punctual, and courteous. Unfortunately, the problem was with the work itself. Had a leak around a roof skylight, was assured that the proposed work would stop the leak. The repair did not stop the leak and I have now been told that another $650 of additional work is needed to stop the original leak that I have already paid for. Time to look elsewhere.

The owner surveyed the site, reviewed my requirements and submitted a proposal the same day. The work was authorized and was completed in a day s time later that week. The crew protected the site with tarps and the site was left in clean condition. The owner returned to meet with me the following morning to verify that all was in good order. I would recommend this company on the basis of experience, workmanship, excellent customer service and value.
