 + -1 moreI HAD FOUND HANDYMAN PLUS BY GOOGLING FOR CABLING / INTERNET, AND I'M REALLY GLAD I DID. RANDY WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, HONEST, EFFICIENT AND INFORMATIVE. HAD I TRIED TO RUN THE LINES MYSELF, I'M SURE I'D HAVE LEFT A MESS. RANDY INSTALLED ALL THE LINES SO THEY LOOK PROFESSIONAL. HIS PRICES ARE VERY, VERY FAIR. HE ONLY CHARGED ME COST FOR THE PARTS (WIRES, SPLITTERS, ETC.), AND THEN A FLAT RATE OF $60/HR. HE EVEN LETS YOU HELP HIM IF HE THINKS IT CAN SAVE HIM TIME SO THE JOB IS DONE QUICKER. WHEN COMPARED TO THE 'MESS' THAT CABLE / TELEPHONE INSTALLERS LEAVE, RANDY'S WORK IS DONE MUCH CLEANER AND BETTER. HE WON'T RUN A LINE ALONG THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOUSE JUST TO SAVE HIMSELF SOME WORK, LIKE THE CABLE INSTALLERS / PHONE COMPANY REPS DO. MORE THAN LIKELY I'LL HAVE RANDY BACK IN TO RUN SOME SPEAKER WIRES FOR MY SURROUND SOUND SATELLITE SPEAKERS, SINCE HIS INSTALLATIONS ARE SO CLEAN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!
Description of Work: RAN AN ETHERNET CAT 5 LINE FROM MY BASEMENT TO THE TOP FLOOR ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE HOUSE IN A STUDY. ALSO RAN A TELEPHONE LINE, CABLE TV COAX, AND INSTALLED TERMINATORS AND PANELS IN THE WALLS ON ALL THE LINES. HELPED TO IMPROVE MY CABLE TV RECEPTION BY REPLACING 'SCREW ON' COAX TERMINATORS WITH CRIMPED TERMINATORS, REDUCING THE 'BLEED' FROM THE OVER THE AIR SIGNALS.
