Call turned out to be unnecessary; I thought the heater was not working properly, but it was my own fault.
My complaint is not with the service, but with the invoice I received as a result. I was charged $225.00 for a technician that was here for less than one-half hour.
When I called to ask for an explanation, I was told that overtime is charged at 1-1/2 times the normal rate with a two-hour minimum. I was told that I was informed of this prior to the service call, but I was not.
Service was mediocre; the bill was outrageous!

They were excellent. He got our warranty reinstated with the Amana and the second unit failed and got that under warranty. They have been right on top of everything. Reasonable prices. They come right away. They have just been really, really good. He went through everything with my husband and my husband is very handy and knows how to do a lot and knows how things operate and he went through and showed my husband what was right, what was wrong. He is just really good. I just cannot say enough about them. They saved us so much money.

Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest week of the summer. We knew it needed to be replaced, and they were at our home the same day with a quote. They were able to come out to replace it within two days. They did an excellent job.

THE GUYS CAME AND I DIDN'T HEAR THEM ALL DAY. THEY REPLACED THE BAD DUCTS AND LEFT THE PLACE SPOTLESS. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK AND WE HAD HEAT AGAIN, GETTING FROM THE HEATER TO THE UPSTAIRS.
