AMAZING. Went to Ed's to replace my TV with a broken screen. Although the team couldn't do anything about the price (Sony fixes prices on all TVs - so if you see something cheaper - it's "grey market" and warranties are suspect), they did work with me on installation and removal of my old TV to be able to make the whole situation a little more palatable. Not only that, but they arrived EARLY to my install, called first to see if that was ok, and left the house clean and neat. From sales to install, the team at Ed's is top notch and has earned a loyal customer. By the way, the TV is AMAZING! Finally, the double the factory warranty. Thanks.
