2014 was a nightmare. The most unprofessional service provider I have ever encountered. Despite calls, text messages and emails he repeatedly ignored communications. Repeatedly promised services and didn't show up.
Over 3 weeks late and only came after multiple calls.
When spring mulching and clean up was done, the leaves were still in all the shrubs. Several shrubs pruned so severely they have to be removed.
This landscaper literally drove us away.
His quote was the middle of the three in price, but it was the most
thorough and thoughtful. Rather than agree to "replace bushes" and
"trim trees" he provided a detailed plan for our front yard that
included specific plant knowledge and design detail that the other
quotes lacked. He took into account sun, shade, color, and maintenance
more comprehensively than his competitors who focused on short term
aesthetics.
Dennis removed about 15 shrubs, transplanted several
more, dug out a medium sized stump, graded a large trench, elevated
several large trees, removed a smaller tree, mulched about 8 yards,
redesigned the bed shapes and sizes, and removed some old cinderblock
retaining stones. All in about three days over Easter weekend.
In
addition, Dennis and his crew were very prompt, polite and professional,
finished quickly and did everything he said they would do exactly as
promised. I would surely recommend him to others in the area.
