HELEN AND HER STAFF ARE GREAT--PROMPT, POLITE, REASONABLY PRICED. THEY CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX THE HEATER, SWITCHES ETC. WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

HELENA, THE OWNER, IS ALWAYS PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. THEY CALL BEFOREHAND TO SET UP A TIME FOR THE MAINTENANCE. SINCE WE HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICE, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR HEAT PUMP. $110 FOR TWICE A YEAR.
