I do not recall the specifics of the occasion/s that you are referring to. I do know that in general scheduling is one of the more difficult aspects of what we do. (largely due to weather, etc.) The unresponsiveness that you state, concerns me as we have always tried to at least follow up with customers in a timely manner.
