I called Best Appliance and they made an appointment to come out the next day. They called before arriving because they thought they might be a couple minutes late, though, in fact, they were on time when they arrived. The repairman examined the machine and told me that it an older model (Fisher & Paykel) which is very costly to repair because it has to be completely unassembled just to begin the repair. In short, he recommended that I look into replacing the dishwasher. He assured me that he would be happy to fix it if I so chose. I decided to not repair the machine. I then asked him all sorts of advice about what new machine I should buy and what reputable dealers he could recommend. (I assumed he would charge me the service fee, so I figured I would get my $100's worth.) He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of really good advice. When I went to pay him, he said there was no charge because he did not do the work. Boy, was I impressed.

THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY ON THE SAME DAY WE REPORTED A PROBLEM. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM
