Bill was great - attentive, responsive and really seemed to care about doing the job right. He asked me to provide feedback to him after living with the car for awhile and offered to have me return if I was completely satisfied.

Bill ordered the appropriate panel and meticulously installed the new panel. It only took a week for him to get the panel. He installed on the day that he said he would. Bill not only provided quality work, he also provide first-rate customer service. Because I had no one to pick me up when I brought my car in today (9/17/13), Bill told me in advance that he would drive me home and pick me up when the work on my car was completed. And he did. I was quite impressed with his professional and genuine concern for his customer.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OUTCOME OF MY CAR. EVEN THOUGH MY CAR IS A 1995, IT NOW LOOKS BRAND NEW. THE COLOR OF THE NEW CARPET IS BETTER THAN THE INITIAL CARPET. IT REALLY LOOKS GREAT, BROUGHT UP THE VALUE OF MY CAR.
