They did extra work and also they're a little expensive but their work is excellent. Also they trimmed bush in the back which was really huge and they did a superb job.

We hired Willow Tree to prune some trees at our home. The owner, an arborist, came out and we discussed which trees needed to be pruned. He was a very nice gentleman and I felt confident in giving him my business. In fact, I let my neighbor know that when they come out they should see if they can remove a large tree she was looking to remove....which they did. If you are looking for a company that removes tress than i would have no problems hiring this company. If you are looking to have your trees professionally pruned...stay away from them. They "topped" my trees instead of pruning them....Look it up if you don't know the difference. It's an easy way of doing the job, terrible for the trees, and most homeowners don't know the difference. Instead of owning up to it, the owner made excuses and came up with 3 different stories as to why they topped my trees. Again, if you want them to remove trees...they did a great job, but do not hire them to correctly prune your trees. My experience was terrible.

They did a great job, including some additional work that my wife wanted to have done, while they were there. We have used Willow Tree Service in the past, and have always been happy with the work that they perform.

This entire experience was very pleasant. Their outstanding service was exceeded only by their price! Ian provided outstanding communications in providing an estimate and setting up the job. That day the work crew swooped in and started to work. They were very careful setting up the crane and their wood chipping truck in our driveway. Frank, Jose, Santos, and Victor worked diligently and efficiently in searing heat (a high of 97⁰ but a heat index of 113⁰). Their teamwork was amazing. It was like observing a ballet or a professional sports team. When they left it was as if they had never been there, everything was cleaned up. Thank you for your outstanding service. We feel much safer with that tree gone. And we will highly recommend you to neighbors and friends!

Chris was outstanding with her ideas and selection of shrubs for the designated space. The crew was also great with the general cleanup and re-spacing and mulching.

They did a really nice job with all of the plants, removals, and drainage they corrected.

These guys were great! They were easy to schedule with, professional and reasonable with their pricing. Their guys came out and got the work done in 2 days - record time! Our house looks wonderful, like brand new. We had a lot of old, dead trees that we needed to get rid of and our landscaping was terrible. We bought an older home that had been vacant for a year, so there was a lot of work to do. Everything was done in a timely manner and Ian and Chris were wonderful to work with! Thanks Willow :)

I apologize to Willow Tree Svc, as I thought I had written a review in the late winter when they totally removed a weather related collapsed crabapple tree in my front yard ($150). I called Ian McGuire in the summer, about a serious cut of my other front crabapple tree and back pear tree. He said to wait until fall after the bloom. He didn't forget about me. I never had to call to remind him. The crew also removed the stump from the past tree removal and seeded the ground!

The crew is phenomenal! Quick, efficient, great teamwork, no messing around, and perfect clean up. I'm so satisfied (again). I think Willow's pricing is so reasonable, compared to other services I've used in the past.

Bob Willimantic gave excellent advice that helped us tremendously with replacing the fence and planting decorative grass in place of junipers. Will definitely use them again I'm future.

The business people were responsive from the initial request for an estimate to the performance of the work. The site team were professional and efficient and left my property in good clean condition when finished.

Willow quoted a fair price, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I would use them again. In fact, this was the third time I have used Willow.

Our neighbor has used Willow Tree Service before and was going to have tree work done. We called to get an estimate for tree work too They were prompt in coming out. We called another tree service too for an estimate, who was several hundred dollars more and said they could not match Willow Tree Service price. Work for both our house and our neighbor's was completed on the same day. We were concerned with one large limb hanging over our house on one side and wires on the other side with little room to maneuver it down. It was no problem to do with their expertise. Compared to the 2 other tree services our neighbors used recently, Willow Tree Service seemed to get more done in less time and their clean up was better too. It was as if they had never been here. Not only did they grind up the tree stump but also many of the surface tree roots surrounding it. They were all respectful and courteous. We were very pleased and will use them again and recommend them to others. If Angie's List had an A+ rating, we would have given them that.

I have used them several times in the past and they have always done very good work for me. They're reliable, and very reasonable on their costs. They own their own equipment like specialized cranes that some of these other companies do not have so it's not as expensive. They're also really good about cleaning up all the mess after completion. I will continue to use them in future.

They were professional, couteous and showed up on time. Trees are now neat and clean.
