Returns calls promptly.He listens carefully to our requests, then gives his experienced advice on options to complete jobs in every price range.Next he gives an accurate estimate and timeline.Finally, he completes the work on time.We have always been pleasantly surprised with the final results of projects.He is also readily available for any necessary tweaking to insure our satisfaction.We have recommended Bill to several friends and family with similar results.We have a trustworthy handyman for big jobs and small.
