Need them to come back to clean a few areas missed which they did.  Very satisfied.

They did a fine job.  There was no additional charge.  They were prompt and courteous.  They left the place clean.  It was all very good.  It was the first time I used them.

I wasn’t thrilled about how it turned out.  We have a very specific type of siding that is not supposed to be pressure washed (which I didn’t know), yet they proceeded to do the washing.  I would think they would know about the different types of materials, as this kind of material becomes powdery.  Very professionally disappointing, and I won’t use them again.

It was fine. The guy couldn’t have been nicer and they were right on time.  We had some scheduling issues but they were flexible with scheduling & ready to go when I needed them.

I made an appointment to have my house cleaned, the office manager was cheerful and efficient.  The housecleaners arrived a few minutes before the appointed time.  I reviewed with them the work to be done, walked through the rooms and pointed out anything extra that I wanted done, like vacuuming the drapes and cleaning the wood blinds.  They brought their own equipment and cleaning supplies.  I left to take my grandson to an activity and when I returned, they were done, the house was shining, everything was clean and tidy.  I appreciate that they polished the wood pieces, not just ran a duster over them.  They were careful of the pets which I am grateful for.  We have 2 cats and a dog, lots of dog fur.  I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them.

The interior window cleaning was very thorough & professionally done.  I was not, however, satisfied with the less than thorough exterior powerwashing and the company representative was rude to my daughter who opened the front door when they arrived. 
Lastly, at the time of booking I asked if it was possible for them to powerwash the surface of our sports court.  I was told they would try, but couldn't guarantee success.  The section of the court that was attempted was the cleanest and eventually they indicated the powerwashing was not successful and it didn't make sense to continue.  I was still charged $150 for the unsuccessful attempt to powerwash the cleaner of the 2 sides & there was no attempt to touch the side most in need of cleaning.
I was not at all happy with the exterior work quality.

On the scheduled day, the SPC Cleaning Services team contacted me by email (which I didn't see till later) to tell me they were running late. A team of three women arrived about 30-45 minutes after the appointed hour, which was no problem since I was home anyway. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies, took a quick tour of the house and asked if I had any special concerns. They got started immediately and worked thoroughly and without breaks till the job was done, even though it actually took somewhat longer than the two hours I bought. They were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job, especially with the few things I specifically requested. They even dusted shelves that had lots of little Lego figures and other small knick-knacks on them! I wish I could have them come out more often, and I will definitely call on them again when the need arises!

They were great to work with - prompt, efficient and friendly. They can do full house cleaning before moving in, after a disaster and the like.

Two workers did a good job of cleaning siding on my mom's house that had a green algae coating in many places. They were on time and efficient. They also cleaned a small section of gutter and soffit that was particularly grimy. The result looked good if not quite "like new". That probably would have taken a scrub brush and elbow grease. (I had one small problem where paint came off an old storm door but I didn't hold it against these guys because that door probably should have been repainted years ago.)

It went very well. They were prompt, timely, and did an excellent job. There was no additional work done other than housecleaning.

What stood out was just the effort that they made to do the cleaning. They did a very good job and there was very good communication. The price was very reasonable.
