They did a great job in 2005, so I called them again in 2021. I paid them in full when when the job was finished, but once it dried and I was able to walk on it, I realized my floor was full of waves and imperfections. The quarter round molding was never removed, so the floor goes uphill everywhere it meets the molding. It took me months to get him back to look at it, at which time he offered tons of excuses and denied being able to see the waves. I asked him to stop back in the evening when it's much more apparent, but he didn't. I should also mention that I had asked him before he started if I'd be better off replacing the floors, but he told me the wood was unavailable. Soon afterwards I learned that was untrue. Thousands of dollars were wasted by using this company.

Mike did a great job, on time, on schedule and great workmanship.

In terms of hard wood floors, Mike is a true artisan and understands how floors are supposed to be stained to ensure the longest life of your floor. If used others but none has done the quality of work that Mike does. Worth every penny.

I WAS NERVOUS ABOUT THIS NEW FLOORING PROJECT BECAUSE THERE WAS A PRELIMINARY REMOVAL, HAZMAT COMPONENT. MIKE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY OF THOSE HAZMAT SERVICES (ANOTHER COMPANY DID), BUT HE WORKED WITH ME TO IDENTIFY THE BEST WAY TO LAY THE FLOOR IN LIGHT OF HAZMAT ISSUE, WORKED AROUND THE OTHER COMPANY'S SCHEDULE, AND CHECKED THEIR WORK AFTERWARDS. DURING THE PROCESS, HE ANSWERED MY MULTITUDE OF QUESTIONS AND ALWAYS RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. THE FLOOR ITSELF WAS LAID BEAUTIFULLY WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I HAVE OTHER PROJECTS TO DO, AND I CAN ONLY HOPE MY OTHER CONTRACTORS WILL BE AS TERRIFIC AS MIKE.
