experience with LA Pools. Our experience started by visiting their store while
doing our research. As with most stores
everyone tries to sell you something you don?t need or want. This was not the
case for us. Brittani was knowledgeable and made sure she answered all of our
questions. (Having a store is critical in our opinion. In the event that you
should run into an issue you can speak to someone face to face. Without a store you could have an issue with
having un-answered emails or phone calls). Since the first day we met Larry the
knowledge sharing and his ability to focus on our questions and not the general
sales pitch was an indication that this was the right company. He has always
been available to answer our questions and more importantly provide us with a
product that we can enjoy for years to come. Prior, during and post project renovation
the lines of communication were excellent. (Test Messages, emails and cell
phone were all means of communication that we both utilized when we weren?t meeting
face to face.) We are extremely pleased with the overall project and would
highly recommend their services.
