The plumber that we usually go with is Jay Hyman One Source Plumbing. He is excellent. He is very responsive he gets right back to you. Generally his fees are very reasonable. His work is very quality work. The main thing about him is that he always gets back to you right away and he generally seems very available.

The job went very well. That morning we had our spring check-up for our air conditioning unit. The service tech. noticed
that there was an opening in the exhaust pipe from the hot water heater. He told us to call a plumber as soon as possible to get it fixed. We called Jay, told him the situation. He said he would be at our house in one hour. He was very prompt.
However, while he was on the way over, we had a power failure.and he had to do the entire job by flash light. Not an easy thing to
do. He did a great job.

My valve was buried and he had dig in the yard to replace it. It went great and this is the second time that I used him. He is good. Once he is there he is awesome. Sometimes you have to wait to hear back from him.

Overall, it did not go well! The subcontractor that Jay sent out was unable to clear the drain. The drain cleaner blamed that on the fact of a "collapsed pipe" that was strangled b roots. How could he know that without being able to see it? Then Jay gave me a 5000 + quote also without seeing the problem! On the other hand, he was very responsive and fair about sending the check back.

Jay was very responsive and friendly on the phone and in person. I was relieved to find out that it was not as serious a problem as I had thought it might be and Jay made it clear that he was trying to solve the problem in a way that would be the most economical for us. He both fixed the problem and resolved my anxiety, all in about an hour. I was very happy with this experience and would highly recommend him.

It went excellent! He shut the water off and replaced the faucet. It was done before I knew it. Not too much noise or mess afterward.
