Although Frank had not installed IKEA cabinets before, we decided to go with him based on my research and several stellar reviews from clients who have used his services before. Admittedly there were several challenges along the way. First, IKEA cabinets are not assembled and all parts come in seemingly endless boxes. The installation of IKEA cabinets requires a
flexible and creative approach to fitting that was initially frustrating for Frank, who was accustomed to standard cabinetry. 
However, he soon found his stride in adjusting to these challenges. As issues arose, he always discussed possible alternatives and provided his own suggestions. Once he received our approval, he would then move ahead.
Throughout this remodel, Frank was always on time and organized. He was very professional and detail-oriented, offering suggestions and ideas as I outlined my vision. I especially appreciated his thoughtful protection of our new tile floor, laying down drop cloths as he worked. He was always conscientious while working in our home and treated it as he would his own.
Would I hire him again? In a heartbeat.
