COUNTRY CLUB POOLS

It went badly. My wife and I usually open the pool, but we are dealing with arthritis, sciatica,etc. so decided to hire Country Club to handle the chore this year and paid them in advance. They simply pulled the cover off, dumping a winter's worth of leaves and contaminated water into the pool. The cover was folded up without even being rinsed. I am now faced with even more work than if they hadn't showed up and I'm out $350 to boot. I called, but have received no response.

The brothers were a pleasure to do business with. The completion was not on time, no fault of theirs, rain and 2 abandon cesspool filled tanks ?they found during the dig. ? ?Concrete work was excellent, ? ?We made some additions to the concrete and paid the contractor separately. (at a very fair price). ?They sent several prospective customers to look at our pool, which made me feel that they were proud of their work. ?They also gave me a 10 percent discount on purchases in their store.

From the beginning they were unprofessional. The person I spoke with was rather rude and sounded as if i was bothering him with the call. When the men came to give me an estimate they were rather unfriendly and left me feeling uncomfortable. Then I finally got the estimate and it was the highest I received- over $1,000.00 higher than the company I eventually went with to do the work.

We were very pleased with Country Club Pools.  They were very
knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Their estimate was higher than some
other companies we looked at but it seemed well worth it because they
really knew what they were talking about.  Also, we had a horrible
experience trying another pool company that was less expensive but SO
incompetent -- we were really careful this time to find someone we could
trust.  They went above and beyond in helping us file a variance to get
a permit to build the pool, and were honest about all potential
obstacles we might encounter (but thankfully the process went smoothly).
They were generally very responsive, the pool was installed on schedule, there were no surprise expenses, and it looks beautiful.  We had a couple of moments of stress,
but I think that was related to communication issues on both our part
and their part, and things got resolved.  We did a lot of
research on which pool company to use after getting burned before, and
we weren't disappointed in our decision to hire Country Club Pools - I'd
highly recommend them!!

We used Country Club pools to install our pool based on the recommendation of some friends that build houses in the area. We had previously tried to install one with another company, but gave up in frustration...largely because the unhelpfulness when we were trying to work through permitting. Country Club folks are great. Very helpful with the permitting and design. Then installed quickly with minimal inconvenience. We've had it 3 years now with no problems. Over the years as I've continued to have questions about filter operations or maintenance, they answer quickly and are terrifically helpful.

From the very start the entire experience with Country Club Pools was excellent.  I am so impressed with their professionalism,  competitive pricing and overall commitment to customer service.  Due to their hard working employees our pool was ready as promised for Memorial Day Weekend.  They have an excellent selection of pool sizes, shapes and many pool liners to chose from.  We were also so pleased they have saline filters. 

 Every step along the way someone was always available to answer questions.   When our township surprised us with an unusual request for an electrical grid, Country Club Pools responded immediately and had someone out right away in an effort not to delay our pool installation.   We are so pleased and our pool is gorgeous.....Thanks Country Club Pools for an awesome experience.

THE POOL INSTALLERS WERE VERY HARD WORKERS AND DID NOT MESS AROUND. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE.

FROM THE ESTIMATE TO THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION, THE COMPANY WAS ON TIME & VERY FRIENDLY. AS NEW POOL OWNERS, WE HAD QUESTIONS & THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE! THE POOL IS BEAUTIFUL!

COUNTRY CLUB HAS INSTALLED MANY POOLS IN THIS AREA, AND IT WAS THE RECOMMENDATION OF OTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMERS THAT CAUSED US TO CHOOSE THEM. INSTALLING A POOL IS A VERY MESSY JOB, BUT THESE GUYS WERE NEAT OVERALL AND COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AVAILABLE FOR FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS AND ADVICE.
