Depending on who came - sometimes work was left undone in certain areas and punctuality was a problem.
They also abruptly discontinued service.

The first cleaning was represented as a deeper cleaning to set the stage for future cleanings. I was concerned because if that was the deep cleaning, future cleanings did not look promising. But, I tried again and the second cleaning was great--even though I was not contacted until the evening before they were coming to tell me that they had to change the schedule and put me in the next day instead of the day after. There was an excuse about why the late contact, but OK--the cleaning turned out to be good so that was the main thing.  Two weeks later they were due to come again. Got everything all ready, but when I got home that day, they had not been there. I had not received a phone call about the schedule. I texted the owner--another excuse about why I was not contacted and that there was some confusion on their end about what day I was scheduled. Needless to say--that was the end of it.

They are excellent. They do natural cleaning with organic material; not that it is important, but they actually do it, and that's their gimmick. They use all natural cleaning parts. They are very nice. They come in with a couple of people, and they are in and out, and they are very nice and easy to deal with. They are very flexible, and they can come once a week, everyday or once a month. They are very good. I would recommend them and utilize their service again.
