My car was stuck in the garage after the torsion spring broke on the garage door. Charles came right over after his current job and squeezed me in since my was car stuck in the garage and I couldn't go anywhere. I appreciate his communication always staying in touch with me advising that he was able to switch appointments and his estimated time of arrival.
Best of all he is a non-smoker. He knows his stuff with garage doors.

Charles was friendly and professional. He was true to his quote. They replaced the track and the door. No problems since and we are planning to use AA Overhead Doors again. The only hiccup is their messenger service... the lady who answered the phone did not give Charles messages all the time so call backs took longer than expected from them. Perhaps this has been corrected.
