Took a while to find the problem , but they finally did and fixed the problem.

My husband and I thought the price was reasonable, until we had the work done.

They did not install the coal boiler correctly and did  not stand behind their work. We called several times to get someone to follow up on all the problems we were having with the furnace, but they didn't care. We spent many days trying to keep warm in a house that would not warm up any higher than 59 degrees.

One of their service men told us, and I quote " What the h*** do you want me to do about this?"

Well, I just want to have heat in my house in the winter, but this company did not care. Other plumbers did not want to work on the furnace since another company installed it and I have had nothing but problems with this furnace.

Do not do business with this company, they don't stand behind the work they do. They will take your money and do substandard work!

One day, the furnace went bad and he came in and he was there every other day until he get that thing working. He checked on and called and everything until he get it right. It was just one of those things that needs the process of elimination but it was in the litter and he did not want anything to freeze up either. He is really professional and he checked back with it. He is also thorough with his work and conscious. He is courteous and does follow-up and checked back every once in a while.

The work was done without anyone being at the cabin. We left a key for John and the work was done and completed before we even arrived at the cabin for the weekend. Everything worked well and the water pressure was what we had hoped for. John even came back in November to show me how to prep the pump for the winter weather, and what was most impressive he did not even charge me for this follow-up visit. Excellent work, excellent service.
