Never on time.  Takes too long to complete the work.  Always adds on more things and the price goes beyond the estimate.  i have sued him to get my money back but have not been successful at tracking him down.  However I know he is still around because other people have seen him.  He skimps on the job and therefore something has always gone wrong with the work that he completes.  I wish I could find him and get my money back because I had to hire someone else to fix his mess and therefore i have double the money in to a job that should not have cost that amount.  Believe me - never try to cut corners or save a few pennies.  That is why I joined Angie's list.  I am hoping to stay away from the fly by night people and get good honest work for good honest pay.
