Met Adam originally at the Home expo in downtown Pittsburgh in March. Didn't hear from anyone shortly after the event, as expected, but glad they called in late April. Dennis performed evaluation and quote. He was good a follow-up and stayed on top of me, even as I went MIA on returning his emails and calls. We had originally also had Dennis quote having the team paint our shutters, externally, but in the end decided to do that ourselves. That was part of the hold up on my/our end.
Once we got things scheduled, and mother nature cooperated. Everything went well. The team that arrived onsite had a few snags to get started, including a broken pressure washer due to an accidental step that broke it, plus something about needing gas. Once things got rolling, they were able to use their truck, with bucket, in our back yard to reach the full backside of the house (2 story), as well as use it to clean the side of the house. As well, they did a great job cleaning the sidewalks. Which we didn't really consider having done but now that we can see the difference between our portion and others, it's clear that the sidewalks were dirty (moldy).
