Wizzard Drain Cleaning

Charged me 275$ to show up for less than an hour and stick a camera 12” down an open pipe for 10min. No actual work performed or materials used. Poor business structure. Beware. Ask for pricing before they do anything.

Brian seems like a true professional and a good guy. He came out the next day after I called (it wasn't a true emergency) and had the problem cleared out in about an hour with his camera and root cutter. He charged less than he quoted because there weren't as many roots as he thought there would be.

He came out within a few hours, unclogged the drain and did it for only $115. He had to run the snake 30-40 ft to get to the clog

Everything went great. Brian is a very nice takes time to explain what he is going to do and explains options for any future preventative measures that can be done to prevent future clogs from occurring. Will definitely call Brian again for any future issues. Very reliable and trustworthy. $190 price included extra $50 because he came out on Sunday morning.

Examined the draining issue, mentioned what was needed and took care of immediately. Had to even get parts and within hour handled problem. Will call again with any other issues, kept contact information for future and as referrals.

During the renovation of our second floor bathroom, a huge broken piece of a ceramic toilet paper holder fell into our sewer drain. For a few days we tried several things to get it out, but only ended up breaking it and putting it out of reach and out of sight. We were worried it had gone down further into the drain and that we would have to rip open a downstairs ceiling to remove it.
I called several specialty plumbers and no one really wanted to be bothered with it. After researching on Angie's List, I came across Wizzard Drain Cleaning and gave him a call. He was very courteous on the phone and offered to at least come out and take a look at it. He discussed pricing and options very thoroughly, so I knew exactly what to expect.
When he arrived, he scoped the drain and was able to remove a small piece almost right away. He scoped a little further and then found the larger piece. After over an hour of his persistence, he was able to remove the piece. He truly saved the day!
I am extremely pleased with his work and will call him with any future emergency issues I may have in the future. I highly recommend Wizzard Drain Cleaning!

The night before I was to have a party, my kitchen sink plumbing started to leak into my basement. After panicking and trying to see if it was something I could fix myself, I remembered that Brian from Wizzard Drain Cleaning could probably fix it. It was about 8:30 - 9:00 in the evening, and I was worried since there was still a lot to do that night, and I hoped he'd be able to fit me in. I called his number, and he answered and told me he could be there in about an hour and a half. He apologized that it would take that long, but he had just arrived at the airport from being out of town. He arrived before the time he thought he'd be there, looked everything over, and fixed the pipe and connection. I thought it would be about $100 for the service call, as it was after "normal" business hours and he provided some materials. When he was finished he only charged me $60.00. As when I had used him for a different plumbing problem at my house previously, he was great to work with -- efficient and very nice. I've recommended him to customers that call or come into where I work, looking for a plumber, and will continue to do so.
