William Heffner put in a new sub-floor and installed special vinyl tiles that are new on the market. They look and cut very much like a marble tile - you have to use a saw to cut them. It was a complicated job. The house itself was built in the 1900s and it's not a square kind of kitchen, it has nooks and crannies, but he did an absolutely outstanding job. It was all brand new technology for him - it required specialized glue and grout. It was an interesting experience, watching the whole thing take place. He was very professional, and he cleaned up on a daily basis. It cost less than some of the other estimates that I had received. When he told you he would be there at 8 o'clock, he was there at 8 o'clock.
