I haven’t been please with them. They have a policy; if you pay in cash, you pay a convenience fee. I never heard of anything like that. I was billed $93, I had to pay $96, and some change because I paid in cash. I understand it’s only $3. I was totally floored. When I called Verizon, I needed to go their other store over here. It’s called Route 22. They informed me that they have stores that aren’t Verizon stores but they’re retail stores. I looked up and I saw Verizon. I didn’t know that there was a difference with the stores. Maybe I shouldn’t be and paid it, but I was there I just want to get my phone bill paid and moved on and I had other things to do. It reminds me from Verizon that because it’s a retail store and not a Verizon store but they have the Verizon sign there and the logo. That was horrible. It was a Verizon deal. The $93 was I expected to pay. Of course, the next month, my contract was over and I got rid of them May 3 because my bill was due May 9. It was plenty of time but they sent me a bill through email that I owe them additional $15. I got rid of my service way before the billing date, which was 9th of May. I explained to them on the second or third that I’m going in their service. It was crazy. I didn’t even bother to contact them about this $15 because I’m not paying it. My bill was paid in full. Their service was terrible and they charged too much. I had my cell phone service with them and it was ok. They have a program and I was eligible to upgrade and so my 2-year contract was up but in order for me to upgrade, I will have to fish out so much money. My overall bill will increase by $30 and I said that is not what I’m trying to do. I would never go back to them. They didn’t do anything about this convenience fee. There was nobody else in the store so, they were punctual with the service.

I would never go with them again. They made promises they did not keep, my phone was noisy, and they provided horrible service. In the beginning when they gave us internet it was great. Then they provided another service and we found out we could not get the full service in our area and it was horrible.
Description of Work: Verizon Wireless was my previous cable and cellular service provider.
