They wore PPE for the estimate and were professional and responsive.
Description of Work: The furnace malfunctioned in this house which was unoccupied at the time and continues to be unoccupied. There are just a few pieces of wood furniture that need to be cleaned. Otherwise, walls, carpets and ceilings.

Mark arrived within 20 minutes of our phone conversation. He assured me that I didn’t need to demolish the house (yes, it was a bit of an overreaction on my part, but it was raw sewage!) Mark and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They meticulously cleaned and disinfected the areas of contact with the sewage, replaced part of a wall that had absorbed the liquid and disposed of the items that were not salvageable. I absolutely recommend this company.
Description of Work: Clean up after a contractor who was working on the sewer allowed water to back up, which began filling my basement with raw sewage.
