I was very displeased with this company. I scheduled a Friday afternoon air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I received a phone call after 5 pm, stating that the technician was not able to keep the appointment. No one called to reschedule, so I had to call them. The next available appointment was 11 weeks later. I expected the company to be more accommodating, since they broke the scheduled appointment. Almost three months later, I had a morning appointment. No one showed up or called me. That afternoon, I called the company. The person I spoke with said that she would call me back to figure out what was going on. I received no call back. I left several messages with the company. I never heard from them again. Two appointments. Two broken appointments. Once with no explanation or apology. Unacceptable. To top it off, it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone when you call this company. You must leave a message and wait for them to call you back. At least I was able to get my money back from Groupon.
