Staff was friendly, professional and very efficient. When I called, they set up an appointment right away, texted me to confirm, texted when they were on their way, and texted when they got here. Gave me a price quote immediately after viewing items. I agreed to the price, and they began to load the items immediately, texted me a link to pay. Could not have been easier! Would definitely call them again!

On a scale of 1-10 these guys are a 100! Professional, courteous and completely cleaned out the basement and then cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again as I have an embarrassment of riches in junk.

Price, performance, and promptness were all exemplary. Couldn't have asked for quicker or more complete service for what I wanted. My only nit to pick was that there were a few things I wanted to keep that were close or mixed in with what needed to go. I wasn't able to stand there and make sure what I wanted to keep didn't go away. So I lost some recent bags of groceries, a few close-to-empty bottles, and some kitchen plates and utensils. But the job is done and I have a chance to get my kitchen to be functioning! Thank you Junk Tank!

There's nothing good about household junk but these guys are AWESOME! They set up service the next day and they stayed in touch via text until they showed up in my driveway. The guys were professional and courteous, and a pile that had taken me weeks to accumulate was loaded and ready to go in no time. Oh! And I should mention, the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Junk Tank without reservation and I will most certainly use them again.

We only moved a few things, but they were heavy, including a treadmill and a weight machine. The Junk Tank was very prompt and even moved them up a hill from our basement. We were very pleased and would hire them again.

They did an excellent job. They called ahead of time to confirm what time they would be there. Showed up on time. I had more items to remove than anticipated and they were able to remove it all, no problem. They even moved a heavy treadmill down a tight stairwell to a lower level for me. Would definitely hire again. Very flexible in scheduling also.

The packing and hauling went very well. Mr. Barnsley and his crew worked in heavy downpour rain and did a great job protecting the furniture from being soaked.

Charles was great. Communicated great, so we had confidence he would come at the arranged time and he was super punctual on day of work. Was efficient and quickly worked to remove some old furniture and bring in some new furniture and even volunteered to put one piece together for us, which was a big help. Charles was wonderful to work with, it was a perfect and easy transaction, just what we hoped for! Thanks so much!!!
