The Cleaning Authority

The initial consultation was great and the price was right where we wanted it to be however each time they were out the cleaning seemed to get worse and worse. We have been paying for their services for the past 5 months. They say that they are going to deep clean an area each time they are out with their regular cleaning however the deep clean areas many times weren't cleaned at all. We have called about missed areas such as the floors in the bathrooms, the toilets, not very thorough dusting, and specific requests for attention to cleaning have gone ignored. We complained when our downstairs wasn't cleaned at all one time and we were told that they didn't know that area was in their cleaning regiment, however it was marked as the deep clean area that week. The final straw was our last cleaning when we found hair on the bathroom floor and one of the toilets had waste still in it even though the bathrooms were the deep clean area that week.

They were terrible. Just the quality of their work is poor, they did not clean up as good as they could. They could clean more thoroughly, and could work on their quality.

The owner came promptly to give a price which is less than a previous service and a little more than an individual had charged. They did two deep cleans the first visits for a little more concentrating on the kitchen and bathroom areas and the living areas on the second. We really like the 4 rotation plan that concentrates on a different area each visit for a deep clean in addition to the regular cleaning. The rotation includes kitchen, bathrooms, Sleeping areas and hallways, living areas. The cleaners come in teams of two with the same people coming each time. They schedule ahead of time for my convenience, call to remind before coming, and we can set up a web account that shows which rotation is next, the time they are coming, and I can pay online with a credit card.  When we had an individual things got missed. This was also true of our previous service that sent a team of 3-4 that came through like a hurricane, but missed areas. The cleaning authority plan makes sure that each area gets attention. For example bookshelves don't need dusting every time, but they need it Some time. The kitchen always gets the stove cleaned and the cabinets wiped down every visit.  Overall we are very pleased. We like that they are clearly using W2 employees and not cutting corners and paying under the table.
