I kept going back to him as I kept having pain. All he'd do is take X-Rays and wouldn't have anything helpful to offer.

Great - when Dr Grandrimo did the surgery for the knee replacement, he was very thorough, went over all of the procedures and what needed to happen before and after the surgery. Took time to answer all of my questions. Gave all of the and quot;goodand quot; and and quot;badand quot; things to look for and when to call or when not to get excited about. Felt very comfortable going into the surgery because of this.

Dr. Scott G. King is excellent. His staff is very nice and very aware of your needs. They were very punctual. You might have to wait ten minutes, but that's it. That's rare, for an orthopedic surgeon. He has a very good bedside manner and is good at communicating.

He is a very nice person. He was not wanting to consider surgery for me right off the bat. I feel I am going to look into another physician for surgery.

They quickly did all the x-rays. They came to a conclusion that it was an issue with my footwear. The doctor was very good and quick as well as efficient. I recommend them to others.

Doctor did not listen to my history, or consult my lengthy chart. I did not insist, did not feel it should be necessary. He was very, very dismissive, made light of the symptoms, seemed to patently disbelieve what I had to say. I've had decades of shots, injections, pills ( which never do much, do not take ) and consults, finally would like some professional to point me in the right direction, hopefully wrap something up with surgery. I'd been told years ago surgery was an option, because of my wife's good experience, thought Dr. Peppleman would be receptive, at least give me some feedback or ideas of where to go with this condition.
He was not only not receptive, he referred me to a rheumatologist, true story, on the grounds that my WIFE has RA, so maybe this was a concern for myself? The rheumatologist was as puzzled as I was, although confirmed that yes indeed, this is what the referral stated, as if rheumatoid arthritis is contagious? Pretty insulting. The entire appointment took around 5 minutes, I was dismissed.

All the visits are the same when you go to see Dr. Espenshade. He is invariably cheerful, always remembers who you are AND is up to date with why you're there, then takes the time to pull up your xrays, etc., and explain what on earth is 'up', and why. He tells you exactly what would be the best thing to do, in my case once some tumors had to come off, then a case of De Quervain's had to be dealt with, on both hands, one at a time. I hate to sound too effusive, but really, you get the impression the guy is awfully bright, medical school notwithstanding.
Dr, Espenshade did not go straight to surgery as an option, for the tendons, either. He first tried other treatments, but did not tend to treat with anything for too long if it was ineffective. I thought he was fairly aggressive in looking for solutions for the patient, and genuinely concerned about outcome in each case.
The staff at Arlington is always, across the board, extremely easy to deal with. I just don't think I've ever had a negative experience with a nurse or medical clerk in all my visits there, and have never waited more than 20 minutes after checking in. My husband had a not-good experience with just one doc, which did not thrill me since it took forever and ever to talk him into going in the first place, but I'd certainly use Dr. Espenshade again. I sent my daughter there, in fact, when she had a sports injury while away at school.
Because the RA tends to 'pick on' my tendons, I'll probably require another tendon release surgery, this time for Carpal Tunnel. I'll be making the appointment with Dr. Espenshade, to be sure.

Totally painless and quick. Synvisc mfgr says one to three weeks to feel pain relief of OA in knees. Felt significant relief after 4 days. Talked to and read posts from many others who have received these injections with widely varied results from no effect, to long term pain relief. It is my belief, just as in total knee replacement surgery, that a good/successful result depends on the technique and abilities of the surgeon and team. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Scott King and the Arlington Group.

ALIF surgery went well with no complications. Hospital staff was great. Recovery was better than expected but the surgery did not fix everything. I have multiple issues and the surgery was limited. As above, do your home work, ask lots of questions about expectations, recovery time, home assistance, everything that you think may be related. Dr. Peppleman is very approachable and easy to talk to. Good luck!

Dr. Kutz reviewed the problem with my shoulder and performed the surgery needed. I've had progressive problems with my shoulder for many years. It had progressed so that I could hardly get my right arm high enough to brush my teeth. MRI revealed a torn Rotorcuff and torn Biceps Tendion. Dr. Kutz and staff performed the surgery Jan. 06,2012. Six months of rehab to get complete use of the shoulder. A year later and I feel at 90% recovery and am doing most everything (working, fishing, hunting, golfing cutting wood, etc. All except throwing a baseball which I don't think I'm going to try. I feel Dr. Kutz and staff at Arlington Group did an excellent job. Would recommend Dr. Kutz to others that have a similar problem.
It's been two years since the surgery and my shoulder is doing fine. I have not and probably will not attempt to play baseball or softball again but a lot of golfing, fishing, hunting, cutting and splitting wood along with working around the house without any shoulder pain. Dr. Kutz did a great job.

maybe 5 minute session. I kinda' knew what was wrong but just needed confirmation. They told me he'd have x-rays but they didn't so I had to go out to my car to bring in the DVD for his review. Thought that was a bit unprofessional, but not unexpected (which is why I had the DVD in my car)

The doctors at Arlington Group give excellent care. They make you feel comfortable. They were very prompt because I was able to get into surgery right away. They do an excellent job when it comes to mending broken bones.

My husband had his knee replaced with him and he inserted synvex shots in the joints of both knees for me. The work and treatment with him turned out very well. I would recommend him.

Found tumor in MRI; saw surgeon within a week, surgery scheduled soon afterwards. Great person, very caring, great listener, very understanding of the anxiety that comes with such a dx. Boarded in both neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery, he's the ideal choice for any back/spine surgery.
