 + -1 moreVery poor customer service, poor craftsmanship. Took a two day job and turned it into failure.
Description of Work: Broke bottom shelf on baker's rack, the size was 17-1/2 by 29-1/4. Initial work was done in 9 days. Went to pickup and the corners were done wrong. I have been waiting for a call to pickup the item, but no call its been 11 days since returning item for correction.

 + -1 moreI accepted the estimate and provided my credit card number for the $250 deposit. To make a very long story short, Strohecker's NEVER performed the work, despite numerous phone calls on my part. They missed several scheduled appointments, failed to notify me that they were unable to make the appointments, and then refused to refund my deposit when I grew tired of waiting. I've taken the firm to the local district justice and judgment has been entered against Storhecker's, but of course I have very little chance of ever collecting. Do not use this company!
Description of Work: I received an estimate to replace glass in a sliding glass door.

 + -1 moreVery unprofessional and would never use again.
Description of Work: Strohecker glass was contracted through auto glass guru to replace my windshield on my vehicle. They called early in the morning after I requested I am not called before 11am due to me working 3rd shift. This may have been a fault of Auto Glass Guru. They did not show up to the appointment and never called back to setup a new time. Just very very unprofessional. All they would have done to keep me happy is to call back and reschedule or to tell me they were not going to make it.
