Florists
After I called in my order, they asked for my information and where they were to be delivered. I gave them my credit card number and they did not have any issues with my local delivery. Later in the day, I remembered that I had forgotten to tell them to have it delivered by a certain time (before 4 PM). I had called them around 3 PM to ask when it would be delivered, and they put me on hold, at my request, and their driver responded quickly to them. They informed me that the delivery would be completed in 15 minutes. They also sent an e-mail confirming that the delivery was made. They will also fax you confirmation of your delivery. This is one step that others have not offered. My wife was speechless with the flowers. The flowers are of good quality and look great.
