Nobody wants to have to go through a short sale. When I bought my house it was 2007, everything was good. In 2008 the market crashed and the value of my home plummeted. When I moved in with my husband in 2013, he already owned a nice home, so we decided to sell my home. I now owed more than it was worth. Some people I knew were simply walking away from homes in these days. "Upside-down" on their loans and having no way out. I decided a short sale was best for me. It seemed like it would be an embarrassing process, but Ross and his company took good care of me and I never felt ashamed or dissatisfied the entire process. I would definitely recommend Ross to anyone that finds themselves in this situation.

Ross was fabulous. He got us a full price offer on our home in this difficult market. He also was able to save us a significant amount of money. He handled the transaction with ease - Ross really knows real estate. Ross is great to work with - he is very friendly and professional and has a good relationship with other real estate agents. He is also very responsive - perhaps one of the few real estate agents who actually answers his cell phone without letting it go to voicemail every time. He also keeps you updated throughout the process, without you having to call him all the time. I can't say enough good things about Ross!
