Went very well! Reflashed the valleys between the roof lines. Took two days to complete the job. After finishing the crew cleaned up everthing. Nothing for me to clean up later!

When he originally came, he gave us an estimate. There was already a vent in our enclosed patio room. He was supposed to get a nicer one when we was residing it. He was supposed to, our bathroom vents were not to the outside so he was supposed to put the venting in because it is easy to do when you have all the roof off. When it came time to do those, there was always a reason why they couldn't do them. He actually sided over the vent in the family room. We never got that done, it's just like sided over now. If we have to get it done we would get someone else. It is there, the hole is there, but he somehow forgot that. It just wasn't very professional. He wouldn't talk to you. It's like, you would try to talk to him and he'd sort of run away and he wouldn't come for several days and when he left he never told you what his plans were. It took a longer time and it was, we were just so glad he finished because it was so hard to communicate with him that we just didn't care. A lot of things weren't done right. They didn't know how to measure. The gutters he had to come back and redo, they weren't on right. I really still don't think they are on right. He was supposed to do a new downspout and he never did that he just put the old one back up. He did lower the price a little bit for all the things he didn't do, but I almost think it wasn't really comparable, we would have rather have had the things done. It was disappointing. The roof, when he got it done, it looked nice and knock on wood we haven't had any leaks but it was just like pulling teeth. It wasn't as professional as we had hoped for.

We were referred to them and we also know them. The quality of the work was excellent. The clean up was really good and we did not have debris left over when they left. We were satisfied.
