I had bids from 4 people including George to do a bathroom renovation. He explained what he was going to do and why and needless to say, I liked what he had to say. He took great care in keeping my home clean as he worked. He talks with you to get to know exactly what the desired outcome is. He made some suggestions along the way that worked out great! His tile work is simply beautiful! I decided to add a second color tile to the job and he worked it in. He is personable, respectful and prompt. He completed the job on schedule, I would definitely recommend him and would use him again for future work.

George was great. He did everything he said he would do and any requests by myself he kept the costs minimal. The workmanship was excellent. Very professional. He couldn’t complete the exhaust fan thru the roof due to weather but came back promptly as promised when the weather cleared up. I would definitely recommend his services to my family/friends.

I hired George to finish and remodel my entire basement. He was very reliable, always on time, and finished the job ahead of schedule. His prices were very fair and reasonable. I was very impressed by his attention to detail. He came up with and gave me great ideas that I would have never even thought about. He figured out ways and came up with solutions to make what I wanted possible. I would absolutely hire him again for any work that I need done!

I choose a door with a side light to fit the existing opening. I did not want a slider as there was not enough room and a lot of bricks would have had to be removed. With this door, only a few bricks underneath the window had to come out. George comes well equipped with all the tools he needs to get the job done. George came when he said he would be there. He allotted 5 days and had the job finished in that time (with the exception of step railings which the wrong length were delivered). I have every confidence he will be back in two weeks and finish. Ive had a lot of compliments on the job so far. The door looks like it belonged there! Normally, George does not prefer outside or deck work. He did it as a favor while doing the window. He chose all the maintenance-free materials and installed three large supports cemented in instead of two. The inspector was very happy with the quality of his work. George's main area of expertise is kitchens and baths. As soon as I have the resources, I will hire him to remodel my kitchen and baths. He does professional work, is pleasant to deal with and always listens to any concerns you may have. He takes time to listen to questions and addresses any concerns. Overall the best work I hav ever had done.

Awesome job, just like the last time we contracted with George (for 2 renovated bathrooms). He is careful about covering with tarps and cleaning up and leaving everything just as he found it, maybe even better! He is very attentive to details and plans ahead very well. He can also adapt to changes we wanted along the way, no problem.

George beat out two other bids on a complete master bath demo and reno. He and his tile guy did all the work from plumbing to electric, prep and painting and bathroom looks gorgeous! George is very detail oriented and was helpful in problem solving, trouble-shooting issues. He helped me with choices for tile, colors, lay-out, etc...anything that had to do with project! Also, very responsive when we had an unexpected issue occur! Stellar construction choice! Look forward to working with him again!

Despite a delay in the delivery of one of the shower surrounds (twice, due to Home Depot errors!!), George was able to work around the delays. We also liked the fact that he started and completed one bathroom totally before starting on the other one, so that we were not inconvenienced at all. George removed our old toilets, sinks and tubs, then installed new ones that we had picked out. He provided advice along the way so that our choices fit well into each bathroom and asked questions along the way to ensure we got what we wanted. He took care to minimize the dust and also took away all the old pieces and trash when he was done. He left our "new" bathrooms clean and ready to use right away. He also customized things for us, such as taller height of the shower heads, which was much appreciated.

He also installed shower curtain rods and a vanity light for us, even though that wasn't in the original plan, so he is accommodating and adaptable. If we have other construction/remodeling needs in the future, we won't hesitate to call on George again.

We are so fortunate to have hired Sansoni Construction to renovate our master bathroom! The end result is beyond our (high!) expectations--WOW! And the entire process from start to finish was outstanding. If we could give an A+++++, then we would! George is a true craftsman (he might be more picky about the little details than we are!) and he's a pleasure to work with. In terms of the quality and attention to detail of the finished product, we'll let the photographs do most of the talking. The first time I met George, he arrived at our home right on time to review our project, ask questions, and begin to prepare an estimate. We have an amateur passion for design, so we wanted to plan the new bathroom layout and choose most of the fixtures ourselves, and George was happy and patient to work with us in this way, while still always willing to provide his thoughtful design opinion, as well as guide our design choices with his practical expertise. George worked very hard, and mostly worked by himself, except for a helper for the demolition and a helper for the tile installation. George gave careful attention to detail across the board, from hanging drywall to careful trim details, as well as the usual electrical and plumbing. George happily provided insurance certificates for himself and his helpers, and he fully managed the required township permit and inspection process for us. Sansoni Construction's pricing was fair and very competitive. George's bid was the second-lowest among the five we received, and we believed his bid clearly represented the best value for our needs in terms of quality for the dollar. George put all the details of the project in writing, and was happy to revise the contract a few times to make sure as many items were anticipated in advance before we signed. There was absolutely no pressure or rushing during this process. As one should expect with good contractors, we had to wait a couple months to get started. This was fine by us, and gave us time to find tile, fixtures, etc. As with any project, extras do come up. George was happy to accommodate a handful of additional "tweaks," as well as a few small unanticipated hiccups. The small charges for such extras were extremely fair. Our sense was that George treated several little things along the way as just part of doing the job right, and they didn't even show up as extras. One such example was extra bracing for a unique vanity top that we ordered. George started the job right on time (almost down to the minute). The project took a few days longer than anticipated to complete, but we really appreciated the attention to detail and were grateful that "doing it right" was more important than finishing quickly and moving on. While our project was underway, George made us feel like our job was his top priority. One of our favorite features of our new bathroom is the large, "curbless" shower. George actually researched and identified a new shower floor technology to make this feature possible in our existing bathroom. It looks and works great! Across the board, we are absolutely thrilled to have chosen Sansoni Construction for this project, and would not hesitate to highly recommend them or call them again!

George and his crew are first class. Timely and professional. Very good work ethic and works hard and long. He does beautiful work that is completed with attention paid to quality yet he's efficient. George is very friendly as well. My dogs love him. George is a craftsman and does quality work on time and within budget. What more can you ask. I would also like to mention that he cleans up as he goes and is very conscious of the impact to dust and dirt in the surrounding area he working within.

There are no words to describe my appreciation for the work completed by Sansoni Construction on my project.  I purchased this building in March 2014 with the plan to put an apartment on the 2nd floor and a retail shop on the 1st where I would reopen my business that July. After several delays in obtaining the architectural drawings they were finally completed later that year and I obtained building permits in March 2015. My original contractor slowly began work, but by September he was asking for another installment payment even though very little was completed on demo work and a small amount of construction. Honestly, it was hard to tell anything had been done  and it was at this point that I considered selling the property to cut my losses. It was also at this time that a friend handed me a business card for Sansoni Construction and everything changed. From start to finish, George Sansoni turned my project around and, although the 1st floor still needs some work, within 3 months I now have a certificate of occupancy for the 2nd floor apartment. It took Sansoni Construction just 3 months to bring an uninhabitable area up to code and, just to clarify, this project required all new plumbing, electric and HVAC, a new kitchen & bathroom, and exterior deck railing, along with extensive repair/replacement and painting of plaster walls/trim, plus heat and a fire-rated ceiling on the 1st floor to pass inspection for occupancy. In fact, one of the first things George did was contact the code officials to confirm their requirements for the project. He worked with them through each step and every inspection passed without delay.
As the property owner, it was important to me that George and I had a good working relationship. He not only made sure I was involved in all decisions, but he also looked for solutions to problems, explained my options, and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way.  Plus, he understood my desire to maintain the "character" of the building wherever possible, including surface coating and framing what was once an exterior brick wall so it is now a focal point of the living room. The work he did was over and above my expectations. Overall, I was completely impressed with the professionalism presented by Sansoni Construction throughout the process. George and his employee, Matt, went out of their way to make sure every detail was complete and took care of my property as if it was their own. I highly recommend Sansoni Construction for any project, large or small, and I look forward to working with them again when I am ready to finish the 1st floor and when I'm ready to do some work on my home. Even if they aren't available when I'm ready, I will wait. They are that good.

George partnered with our regular contractor. Completely gutted the master and the upstairs bathroom and rebuilt them. Lots of tile was laid especially in the Master bathroom where a lot of mosaic glass tile was used. This was especially tricky considering the  numerous angles involved. The new vanity was just a bit too big but they were able to get it in and make it look like it is the perfect size. Changed the plumbing direction for the the shower in the Master bath. New toilets, new soaking tub, new vanities, new plumbing, new lighting, new shower doors, new mirror...
Always kept us part of the project, explaining all problems, providing alternatives, suggesting potential changes (some we did), and always made us feel we were part of the project. Treated our home as their own.

He is excellent and has excellent prices.  He returned my phone call almost immediately, made the appointment in a short time, came out as scheduled on time, he did some work, encountered problems, made sure everything was done properly and put back up, and he even called in an electrician to make sure it was done right.  He worked quite a while and did a fabulous job for what we paid him.  I give him high ratings and would use him again in the future.
