+ -1 moreWe asked for an Energy Star, but they didn?t install one. It was a huge hassle to get this corrected. The invoice had no information on it and they spelled my husbands last name wrong so it took months to get it straightened out. Mostly the problem was that they didn't install an Energy Star so we were unable to receive the tax credit with the new system. The communication with the company was the real problem. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They installed a heat pump.
