RICK'S TREE & STUMP REMOVAL

Called for an estimate approximately 2 days previous to actually doing the work.  He came and left the estimate.  I then called him and gave the ok  for the job and arranged for the actual day to complete.  He and an assistant came as promised and removed the tree and cut it into sections,  as I wanted the wood.  The ran the smaller limbs through their chipper and cleaned up the area.  Rick then ran his stump grinder and disposed of the stump.  They then leveled and cleaned up the area.  Rick had previously removed a large stump for me at a residence in Marysville.  He has also done tree removal for several acquaintances, and they also were pleased with his work ethic.

He was prompt, courteous and did a great job on this huge project!  I would highly recommend this company and I would call them again in the future if I needed to.

Afterword they raked and cleaned the yard and street. He was very careful to not tear-up the yard with his equipment. Very expert at felling the trees and limbs to prevent damage to other trees and property. After the stump removal there was very little evidence that the tree was ever there.

The dead pine tree was gone in less than 30 minutes, and the giant Silver Maple was gone in about an hour, after the stump removal and clean up all jobs were done in about 2 hours.

The only complaint that I had was when the tree removal was scheduled to be done, it barely rained and I still expected him to show but when I called and left a message he called right back and told me about not working in the rain. I would have liked a call ahead of time to let us know. He did put us ahead of a customer that he was in the middle of, to take care of us the next day.

They were extremely professional, did a thorough and safe job. Rick did the most dangerous work himself and oversaw all the actions of his employees, he also struck us as being a very nice and upstanding guy. He seemed to be well-equipped for the job. Price was reasonable, especially given that they didn't just hack away at the trees needing to be trimmed, Rick is obviously knowledgeable and shaped the trees very nicely, and they retained their nice shape as they grew.
