 + -1 moreI have been in my home for 10 years. The quality and workmanship of the structure is terrible. The subcontractors and contractors that they use are the lowest bidding, and thus this is reflected in the quality of work. The materials used to build the homes and fixtures are extremely cheap and sub par. They also don't stand behind their work. There seem to be constant excuses to any issues their clients bring up and it is an utter nightmare dealing with them.
