Rich did a great job of installing new wiring from the basement to the 1st floor and connecting with already existing light switch. Rich always does great work. For all my electrical work I always use Rich Floyd Electric !

I have been using Rich Floyd Electric since 2001. Rich has installed 2 separate breaker boxes; PPL meter and box; converted outlets to GFI; installed new outlets for: PC equipment, AC unit, fridge in basement. Rich listens, makes suggestions; explains options. Returns calls timely. The work has always been done right the "FIRST" time; never had any do overs.

They were fast and efficient. Their prices were reasonable.

I am still in the deciding phase.  I must first decide which one I want installed.

Called for estimate he come over on time and gave price. called him days later made apt, said he would call and confirm apt he did and was on time. Did job,  kept area clean, worked from start to lunch told my wife he was going to be back in half hour and was. Finished job by 5 pm.

Richard, Jr. has done a lot of work for me in the past.  Many years ago I hired his father, who is truly a gentleman and an excellent craftsman and taught Richard, Jr. everything he knows before he retired. They often worked together on various projects in my home. Rich is filling his father's shoes in every way.  Though I will always miss his Dad, I am so pleased to have the same quality workmanship, honesty, courtesy and fairness that Rich provides. I cannot imagine using any other electrician.

He identified the problem right away with an outlet that we often used to plug in a vacuum cleaner. The problem seemed to start right after we used it, causing the electric to go out on that circuit.

No new ballast was available for my fixture so I had to pick a new one up. Richard suggested places to get the best buy, and came back later the same day to install the new light. He was very prompt, polite, and reasonably priced. I recommend him.

He was great. He was in and out in a timely manner and charged fairly for the time he was there. He even came in under his estimate. He was very efficient. We will definitely contact him for any future electrical needs.

He did a very good service. He was right on time just like he said he would be. The price was right. The service was just great. He let me take what I wanted. He didn't try to upsell me something. He found that I had one part of service done in the upstairs so he deducted money. I was happy on the way it was done. He did a fantastic job. I like him so much and I recommended him to other people and they were happy.

Everything went fine. Kept us informed about when he would be here and what part of the work he would do the first day and what would be done on second day. Al went as he said it would.
